About

Wellness Nomadz is a community for anyone looking to explore wellbeing—together.

Whether you’re just starting to discover what wellbeing means to you, or curious to explore it more deeply, Wellness Nomadz is a community-led platform creating accessible spaces where wellness is experienced in an embodied, holistic, and shared way.

" Feeling next level... I have done breath work for a while now on my own, but to be in a room connecting with an amazing group of people in the same journey made me experience breath work differently. Really blessed to have joined... " - R. W. (Breathwork)

The Idea

Exploring your wellbeing can feel isolating. At the same time, trying different wellness modalities can be expensive, and mainstream wellness often feels exclusive, linear, or focused on aesthetics rather than embodied living.

This is where Wellness Nomadz comes in. We bring people in the same boat together—creating accessible, community-led spaces where you can explore, learn, and connect with others on the same journey.

“I used to be a professional dancer but after a pretty bad injury I stopped dancing for a long time. I’m in my 60s now and honestly didn’t think I’d dance again. I came to this workshop without many expectations and it gently brought me back into my body and into movement. It felt really good to dance again after so many years.” — L. B. (Somatic Dance)

How it works

We team up with local facilitators and businesses. We take care of the venue, organising, and sharing the event, so facilitators can focus on doing what they do best. Gatherings happen at local studios and often continue with coffee or lunch nearby to support local cafés and keep the connection going.

You can join whenever it feels right — monthly or just once in a while. Simply book the event that calls to you and come with an open mind.

“I recently moved to the city and had always been curious about Pilates, but the whole aesthetic around it made me feel like I wouldn’t really fit in. This was my first time trying it, with a small group, and it felt so welcoming. It was really nice to meet others who were also figuring out what taking care of themselves looks like. I left with a different mindset and a few new friendships that feel like they’ll last.” — A.C. (Pilates)
